apprentice sheep on the row

Philip Parker from Henry Poole, Su Thomas from the Savile Row Bespoke Association and Savile Row and Newham College Assessor Sue Fraser joined 61 apprentices and young tailors from many bespoke tailoring firms for a group photo on the morning of Sheep on the Row. Young apprentices and tailors from firms including Chittleborough & Morgan, Henry Poole, Dege & Skinner, Denman & Goddard, Kathryn Sargent, Maurice Sedwell, Graham Browne, Davies & Sons and Newham College were all present.

We arrived at 7:45 for the photo and I was surprised at how many people were there; it was really nice to see so many young faces from the industry. I saw people I had not seen for a while from Newham College and met new young apprentices and tailors from the city. We all talked and got to know each other better as well as have a look at the gorgeous sheep on the fields. It was great to be part of this day and I’m so happy at how well the photo turned out.
